- Scatter Plots — Building Clinical Figures with ggplot2: Learn how to use the ‘ggplot2’ package to program scatter plots. This course builds on the information covered in The Fundamentals and presents example code and step-by-step instructions to create a scatter plot using sample clinical data.
Our trainings feature video instruction followed by quizzes and interactive coding examples where the user is prompted to write and test their own code all within Atorus Academy. Learn on your own time, as everything is at your own pace. Courses are broken down into feasible segments, making it easy for you to fit open-source education into your day.
